During the workshop Courtney will talk you through the properties of swamp kauri to help you carve effectively. She will teach you her technique, using a Morakniv woodcarving knife, to shape your sphere before you finish it with a good sand and oil with NZ made beeswax.
If you are more practically inclined, your sphere can be turned into an incense holder or single bud vase.

- This workshop does take some effort, rubber thimbles will be provided however if you are after some extra hand protection we suggest brining a gardening glove
